If you are using another tube/ image than the one provided, you can colorize your background if necessary.
 

8/ Layers/ New Rasterlayer.

9/ Materials / Foreground colour #606060

10/ Selection / Load/save selection / Load selection from disk/ Mtm-wicked-1

11/ Zoom in and flood fill the selection with your colour.

12/ Selections / deselect

13/ Effects / 3 D effects / Drop shadow

14/ Layers / New rasterlayer.

15/ Materials / Foreground colour #c0c0c0

17/ Stamp one time with the brush on your image, as example given:

40/Selections / Load/Save Selection / Load selection from disk / Mtm-wicked-3

41/ Selections / flood fill with your foreground colour

42/ Selections / modify / Contract

43/ Flood fill this selection with colour #404040.

44/ Selections/ Select none.

45/ Edit – copy your tube Mtm_wicked / paste as a new layer. Move it to the left.

46/ Duplicate this tube layer

47/ Activate your tube layer.

48/ Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur

49/ Layers / Merge / Merge all (flatten).

50/ Image / Add borders
