Place the selections in the selection folder

The presets in the presets folder

Tube and font in folder of your choice
 

1/ Open the tube copy and paste as new image, you can close the original now

2/ Tet foreground to white and background to  #BAD3FB

3/ Tet materials to gradient

4/ Open a new image 800/450 and floodfill with gradient
 

5/ Effects / Dstortion effects   /Pixelate

6/ Effects/ Edge effects  / More accent( repeat that)

7/ Activate the tube tube

8/ Edit / copy

9/ Paste as new layer.

 and move her between the blue lines

10/ Duplicate the tube layertwice( you now have 3 tubelayers)

11/ Activate the bottom tubelayer 

12/ Adjust / blur / Gaussians blur

13 / Activate the top tubelayer

14/ Image/ mirror

15/ Effects / Image effects  / Movement

16/ Set blendmode of the left tube to softlight

The tube on softlight looks different but that will change!!.

17/Minimize this for a while
 

!!Pay attention ! follow each step exactly :))!!

18/ Set gradient as in screen

19/ Open a new image

20/  Selections/ Load selection/Find the  Mtm-scrobo1

21/ Floodfill with gradient

22/ Keep selected!!!

23/ Duplicate 4 times ( now you have 5 layers with the blue circle)

24/ Activate copy of raster1 and close other layers (above)!!

25/ Effects/ Eye candy 3.1 / Drop shaduw 
 

26/ Set layer to multiply

27/ Activate the layer above and unlock it

 
28/ Selection invert!!!! ( dont forget!!! )
29/ Effects / Eye candy 3.1/Glow / Color  #818080

30/ Set this layer to multiply!!!

31/ Selections / Invert

 
32/ Activate copylayer3 ( open)

33/ Effects/ Eye candy 3.1/ Inner bevel

34/ Set layer to saturation

35 / Activate the toplayer and set it to softlight.

this is what your layer palette should look like

36/ Selections / Select none.

37/ Layers - merge visible.

38/ Edit/ copy/ paste as new image

39/ Set this one aside for a while, we'll keep working on the merged circle.

40 / Tool elipse( Q )

41/ Set on round

42/Set foreground to black( or another dark color) set background close

43/ Draw an elipse bigger than the original

44/ Image  / Canvassize  400/400 - Placing middle

45/ Texttool( T )

45/ Tip: add the blue color to the palette.

If you activate the texttool you only have to click pallette for the color

46/ Move the mouse across the vector shape until you see a diagonal A     

47/ Now typ 3 times  scrobo lady ( or your own name)

48/ Selections / select none

49/ Delete the vector layer

50/ Distortiontool( D )

51/ Click presets and click  Mtm-Scrobo

52/ Effects / 3 D effects / dropshadow

53/ Effects/ 3 D effects/ Dropshadow /Foregrond color(blue)

54/ Effects/ 3 D effects / Dropshadow
55/ Activate the circle layer
56/ Image / Resize

57/ aActivate the name layer
58/Image /Rotate/ rotate free

59/ Selection tool

60/ Set namelayer to 76 or less

61/ Now select the name within the circle with the lasso
hit delete

62/ Set it to 100% again

63/Select - select none

64 /Merge all layers visible

65/ Edit  / copy/  paste it as new layer on your stationery

66/ Effects/ 3 D effects / Dropshadow

67/ Move the name circle like in the screen

68/ Now activate the circle that you set aside in step 38.

65/ Edit/copy

69/ Activate the backgroundlayer of the stationery

70/ Edit/paste as new layer

 71/ Move the circle as in screen.

72/Activate the backgroundlayer and duplicate

73/ Effects / distortioneffects / polar

74/ Set this layer to multiply !!

75/ Merge al layers

76/Image / Add border 1 pix color  #0000db
