Use a fair dark and colourful image
The plugin differs with the colours of the image
1/ Open your image ,
copy the original, paste as a new image, close the original.
2/ Layers / Promote background layer.
3/ Layers / duplicate.
4/ Stay on this layer!!
5/ Adjust / blur / Gaussian blur / radius 10.
6/ On
your layerpalette change the blend mode to soft light and lower the
opacity to 80
7/ Layers / merge /
merge visible.
8/ Layers / duplicate.
9/ Adjust / blur / Gaussian Blur / Radius 10 (as in step 5)
10 / On your layerpalette change the blend mode to Screen and lower
the opacity to 84.
11/ Layers / merge /
merge all (flatten)
12/ Image / add borders / colour #FD0000.
13 /
Image / add borders / symmetric unchecked / colour #ffffff
14 / Activate your magic
wand / anti - alias unchecked.
15 / Click in the white
area.
16 / Effects - distortion effects - Polar Coordinates - find PRESET

Selections - Promote selection to layer.
