 Place the selections in the jasc selection folder.

!!!!!! The image is very large do not resize it !!!!!

1/ Open the image in psp and set it aside for a while

2/ Foreground #E2DFDA   / Background #FFFFFF

 3/ Open a new image

4/ Floodfill the layer with thE  backgroundcolor == white - rename the layer to white.

5/ Add a new layer

6/ Selection tool( S )custom selections

7/Floodfill selection with the foreground color #E2DFDA

8/ Selection / Increase with 2 keep selected

9/ Activate the image/ Edit / Copy / And paste it into the selection.

10/ Rename the layer graphic

Close this layer!!!

11/ Selections / Select none( ctrl +D)

12/ Activate the white layer

13/ Add a new layer.

14/ Selection tool( S )

14-2/  Floodfill this selection with the foregroundcolor

15/ Selections / Select none( ctrl + d) !!!!!!!!! ( or the filter won't work)

16 / Rename this layer selectionlayer

16/ Effects / Andrew's Filters 1 / Blur up 

17/You should have this now==>

18/ Effects / Distortion effects / wind

19/ Effects - Edge   Effects - Enhance more

20/ Duplicate this layer

21/Image / Flip ( ctrl +I )

22/Image / Mirror ( Ctrl + M )

23/This is what you should have

24/ Open the graphic layer now with this layer active go to

Edit / Copy/ And paste as new IMAGE and set it aside for a while

25/ We continue with the stationery image, the layer is still active!!

26/ Effects / Eye candy 3.1/ Drop shadow
 

27/ Effects / Eye candy 3.1/ Drop shadow
 

28/ Set colors to gradient

29/Activate the bottom (white) layer and floodfill with the gradient

30/ This is what you should have

31/Layers / Merge all

32/ Image / Canvassize / Background =white and pay attention to the placing

33/ Magic wand 

34/ Click in the white parts

35/The selection will include a bit of the top!!

36 / New layer

37 /Set colors to gradient, and floodfill selection.

Keep selected!!!!!

38 / Duplicate this layer. keep selected!!!!!

39/ Effects/ Reflection effects /  Kaleidoscope


 

40/ Duplicate this layer

41/ Effects/ Distortion effects / Pixelate

 42/ Effects - Edge   Effects - Enhance more

Repeat this one more time

43/ Selection / Selection  invert !!

44/Effects/ Eye candy 3.1/ Drop shaduw

45/ Effects / Eye candy 3.1/ Drop shaduw

46/And now you may deselect ;) Selection -Select none:))

47/ Activate the image that we set aside a little ago

48/ Image / Resize

49/ Copy / And paste it into the stationery place it in the upper left corner.

 49- Bis / set the little image aside for later

50/ Effects / Eye candy 3.1/ Drop shaduw as in step 27 !!!!

51/ Duplicate this layer and place it as shown below==>

52/ New layer ( this should be the upper layer

53 /Set gradient to fading 

 54 / Selections/Load selection/ Mtm-Lisette

55/ Floodfill selection with gradient

56/ Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds /Color#E2DFDA

57/ Selections/Select none

58/ Effects / 3D Effects / Dropshadow

59/  Effects - Image effects - offset
 

60/ Selection tool(S)

Pay attention !!!!

61/ Zoom in a lot ;-) We are going to delete a bit... make a selection like below and hit the delete key once

62/ Selections -Select none

63/ This is what you should have

63 / Activate the small image that you set aside in step 49

64/ Edit / copy / and paste as new layer/

65/ Move the little image to the left

66/ Layers - Arrange - Move down


67/ The image should be between the lines

68/ If the image is too large, activate the raster deform tool and resize it

69/ Change the blendmode to luminance legacy
 

70/Layers / Merge all flatten

71/ Image / Add borders / Foregroundcolor
