Open the image in psp 9 and copy it twice close
the original

Minimize one of them

Convert the backgroundlayer to rasterlayer

Layers / Load mask/ ___infinity-bc |

Delete the mask layer, and merge the group.
6/ Copy this and minimize it for a while!!!
7/ We continue on the eye picture

Selections / Select all/ Contract with 1 |

9/selections invert
10/ Zoom in a lot and floodfill with black
11/ Selecties / Select none.
12/ Set foreground color to #FBC199 and
backgroundcolor to white #FFFFFF |

13/ Get a new image and rightclick in the color
box, and set for the foreground color
14/ Convert this layer to rasterlayer |

15/Take the eye
picture that you've worked on, and copy it
16 / Activate the
1024/450 and paste as new layer
|

17/ Drag the eye image to his place like in the
screen and rename the layer eyelayer |

18/ Close the eye layer
19/ Activate the 1024/450 layer
20/Layer / New layer and floodfill this with
#FBC199
21/ Selections/ Select all.
23/ Take the eye layer that you minimized in
step 6 and copy it
24/ Paste this into the selection like in the
screen |

26/ Adjust ( adjust) / ( soft) / ( Soft focus) |

27/ ( Adjust) / Blur/
Gaussian Blur

28/ Set this layer to Soft Light

/ Open the eye layer
