Put  the selections in jasc folder Selections.

1/ Open your  tube copy the original, and set it aside for a while close the original tube

2/ Open a new image  1024/450 color white

3/ Layers / Convert backgroundlayer to rasterlayer

4/ Effects / Filter factory Gallery  V/ Harmonics Mixer

5/  Effects / I.C. Net Software/Filters Unlimited 2 / Tile &Mirror/ Seampless Blend { horizontal}

6/ Duplicate this layer and leave it activated

7/ Effects / I.C. Net Software/Filters Unlimited 2 / Special Effects 1/ Radar

 8/ Activate the bottom layer ( backgroundlayer).

9/ Effects / I.C. Net Software/Filters Unlimited 2/ Photo Aging kit / Centerspot/Vignetting

10/  Layer / New rasterlayer.

11/Layer  / Arrange  / In front 

12/ Foreground color #E1E6EB and backgroundcolor EBF7EB

13/ Set to gradient

14/ Selections / Load selection/selection load from disk  Mtm-Face 46-1 and floodfill with the gradient

15/ Keep selected !!

16/ Effects / Fantastic Machines / PaintEngine

17/ Selections / Select none

18/ Effects/ Image effects  / Seamless tiling.

19/  Copy the tube and paste is as a new layer

20/ Move the tube all to the right

21/ Duplicate the tubelayer

22/  Activate the bottom one of these two

23/ Adjust /Blur / Gaussians blur

24/ Merge all layers visible

~~If you want to use a own script you can move forward to step 33~~

25/ Selections / Select all/ Selection contract

26/ Selection / Invert and floodfill with white!!

27/ Effects / 3D Effects / Outher bevel

28/ Selections / Select none

29/ If you will use the script Annemarie has made we have to adjust the stationery 

30/ Image rezise

 

31/ Adjust  /Sharpness  / Unsharp mask

32/ The stationery is done, save it ;)..

for the background you can choose white or black

                   

I will describe the black one. If you want the white one just use white as color and black for the blinds

 

33/ Open a new image 100/100 floodfill with black

34/layer / new rasterlayer

35/  Selections  / selection load / selection load from disk/Mtm-Face46-2

36/  Floodfill with white

37/ Effects / blinds

38/ Selections  / Select none.

39/ Duplicate this layer

40/ Image  / Mirror

41/ Merge the layers and save.

42/ For the dots  In the script , open a transparant layer 16/16 en and make a white dot, that you save a gif
