1/ Open the  tube en and minimize it for a while

2/ Open a transparant  image  1024/450

3/ Set foreground to #FE9049

4/ Set background to #151515

5/  Set these colours to gradient and flood fill the 1024/450

 layer

6/ Duplicate the layer and this is the layer you work on from now.

7/ Effects / Filter factory Gallery B/ Vibes

8/ Effects / Filters Unlimited 2 / Tile and Mirror/ Distort Mirror Vertical

 

9/ Set the layer to overlay .

10/This is what you should have

 

11/  Layers / New layer

12/ Selection / selection load from disk and find the selection  Mtm-bleu1

13/ Floodfill selection with the foreground color(orange)

14/ Selection/ selection  modify / increase with 3 and hit the delete button

Selection / Select none

15/ Effects / image effects / seamless

 

16/ Copy the tube and past as new layer

17/Effects / Eye candy 3.01/  Drop shaduw

17/ Set gradient as in screen  

18/  Add new layer

 

 

19/ Selectiontool ( S ) Set it to circle and to add  / feather on 1 and  Anti-Alias checkered                               

20/ Now make some circles in different sizes like in the screen

21/  Floodfill the selections with the gradient

22/ Effects / 3D effects / Inner bevel

23/Effects / Eye candy 3.01/Glow  for color take the foregroundcolor

Selection / Select none

24/ Now set this layer to hard light!!

25/ Copy this layer / Mirror it and  / Flip it

26/ Close the tube layer and merge the other layers visible.

27/ Effects/ Filters Unlimited 2 / Tile and Mirror/ Seamless  Blend ( vertical)

 

28/Open your tubelayer and merge visible

29/ Put this in a Ascrollscript
